Why should we hire u?
Ans: To check your confidence level.
If you  have enough qualities but you have lack of confidence, you cannot hire a job. Most of the time, the marks or the percentage you get doesn't matter, but your confidence most matters.You should know a thin line between confidence and over confidence.

What are your weaknesses?
Ans:To check your self awareness.
The interviewer is wanted to check, if certain difficulties are came in front of you,then how will you deal with such difficulties. How will you found out solutions to solve that problem. They have to check out that, how you will use your presence of mind to overcome such difficulties. How you are aware about the problem, and what you gonna do,discussions on problems or will found solutions on problems.

Tell me about yourself?
Ans:To check your communication skills and how you present yourself.
If you have enough qualities but you have lack of speaking skills, then it's not useful. You should know proper speaking skills and behaviour manners. You should have unique qualities & must be passionate about your career. You should know how to present yourself properly. While presenting yourself,don't focus on to impress but try to express yourself. 

Why do you want to work for our company?
Ans:To know if you have researched about the company or not.
The interviewer is wanted to check that how you are careful about this work and how you are interested to work in our company. With which goals and aims you are going to hire this job. Why this job is important for you.

Why do you expect to be doing 5 years from now?
Ans:To check your career ambitions and goals.
If you got this job, you will be satisfied or wanted to be progressed is the point they wanted to check. They are wanted to check your ambitions about your career. How passionate you are about your career. How you are interested to learn new things. How you will accept new challenges.

Be Out Of Box....!!

Be rich by your thoughts. Try to think out of the box. Every problem has a solution try to find that solution. Don't be stop at problem only. Be prepared always,for every situation. Difficulties are to check you, to check your Confidence, don't be afraid to it. Be prepared for every question. Give answer of every question with confidence. If you don't know answer, then don't wonder here and there just try to say calmly that you don't know answer but you will try to find that answer.

Question was what is before you(U) & reply was tea(T).
"T" before alphabet "U".

Questioner: The bay of Bengal is in which state?
Candidate:Liquid state.
Explanation:
When asked bay is in which state, we had started to think names of states. But we know bay is a water body hence it can't be in a state. Also, solid liquid and gas are the states of matter. Hence;
Bay of Bengal is in "liquid state."
